[ENDED] Twin-Snow May Custom Eyes Event!

Feeling creative? Well, we are excited to announce our first custom eyes event. If you are looking for a special design, something unique that no one else has than Twin-Snow can help. For the month of May only, we will be taking ordered for custom eyes, designed by you. We will plan, produce, and send your custom eyes right to your door, all you have to do is get those creative juice flowing and send in your designs.

For this event, we offer two sizes: 22mm and 24mm. Ordering is simple and similar to how you would order predesigned eyes from us. Just follow the simple steps below. If you have a question or are experiencing any difficulties, feel free to contact us.

 

1. Head over to our event page.

Once there, you will see the two sizes we are offering. Add your eyes to the cart and checkout like normal.

 

NOTE: We cannot combine event items with our standard products. Such orders will be cancelled with a notification message.

 

2. Download the Templates

For this event we offer Photoshop templates. If you need the templates in another format, please contact us.

 

3. Design!

Keep the design within the outline shown on the template

 

4. Submit

Submit your design to contact@twin-snow.com. Remember to attach the invoice you recieved from us to the e-mail.

 

5. Production

Production does not begin until June 1st, 2012. It will take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to produce.

 

6. Shipped

A shipping confimation e-mail will be send to you when the package is shipped out.

 

 

Are the eyes metallic?

All eyes made for this event will be in full metallic.

 

How long does it take to make the eyes?

Production takes 3-6 weeks and will not begin until the end of the event (June 1st).

 

Can we order a custom colour from the stand line?

Twin-Snow will not offer custom colours from our standard lines for this event.  

 

Is there a limit to how many I can order from this event?

This event is limited to 100 pairs of each size. After we run out of the 200 pairs (22mm and 24mm), the event is automatically over.

 

When is the latest that I can submit my design?

May 31, 11:59 pm EST is the latest we will accept designs. If you miss the deadline, we will automatically send you a full refund for your order.

 

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, for this event you may cancel at anytime before May 31, 11:59 pm EST and you will still get the full refund.

 

Can you guys design the eyes for me?

No, sorry.

 

Is the event open to internation orders?

Yes, the same procedure applies for this event. Check out our guide for more information.

 

Will Twin-Snow sell my custom design?

No, all ownership of the design will go to the creator or the one who orders from us. Aside from taking photos of the eyes for our gallery, the design will not show up anywhere else. Twin-snow will NOT sell custom designs unless permission is given.

 

What if I want a pair of eyes like **** from Volks or another company?

As long as it is drawn by you or reproduced by you, we will make it. Designed submitted has to be 100% your own work, it should not be taken from a photo. Designs that are inspired by VOLKS or another company should be for personal use only and should not be resold. Twin-Snow will not take responsibility for copyright laws.
